How to see quick progress when felting – 5 tips
- Use a multi tool or hold two needles when starting.
- Fold, roll and hold the wool firmly and tightly together before you start stabbing with the needle.
- Use a carded batt or carded sliver as this felts very fast.
- Start with a lower gauge needle and move to a finer, higher gauge needle to finish.
- Be patient, felting does take time.
